Can just recommend for a city holiday

Comfortable room, convenient location, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay and a nice poolside snack bar for relaxation after exploring the city, just a 30-minute drive away.

Everything there were good, including superbfacilities. Impeccably clean room and exceptionally comfortable bed, we had a good rest. The restaurant was simple, and the staff supper friendly and helpful. Liked our stay, would recommend.

The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the heat. Make sure to double-check the cleaning schedule if staying for just a couple of days.

The room was spacious, filled with natural light that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the omelettes, and the gym facilities were excellent. I faced challenges with the Wi-Fi connection at times, and the noise from the hallway was occasionally disruptive, which impacted my relaxation .

The cute staff made my early check-in smooth, and the room offered a warm ambiance with fine natural light. The pillows could use improvement for a more restful sleep. A good stay!

Family with kids loved it

What stood out for me was how the staff treated my kids like royalty. Mr Asad took them to this fantastic play area that kept them entertained while my wife and I enjoyed a peaceful meal together.

The staff were super friendly and cute. One shoutout to Mr Dexter for being so accommodating! The room was spacious and had a great view at night. Loved the VIP lounge for quick coffee breaks. The only bummer was the pool area's size, could use a little more space. Highly recommend!

I faced several frustrating issues. The air conditioner controller was malfunctioning. On my final day, they didn't clean my room, citing that I was checking out soon, which I found unacceptable. It's essential to have a car for accessibility, with the nearest airport being over 35 minutes away.

The fire alarm in my room had an obnoxiously bright blue light that was distracting during sleep. Pillows lacked consistency, with some being too firm while others were far too soft, leaving me uncomfortable. Room service took nearly an hour for a simple breakfast, which isn't ideal when rushing out. The air conditioning controller needed attention as it wasn't responsive.

The warm welcome by staff. Lujain and Bayan greeted me with such warmth that it was like visiting friends. I appreciated their gesture in offering me an unoccupied room, giving me a chance to rest before my meeting. The city view from my room was a lovely touch.
